As an Associate Partner in our Cognitive & Analytics Practice, you will take a leading role within an interdisciplinary, highly motivated and growing team of Industry Consultants, Data Scientists, Cognitive Computing Experts and Solution Architects. You will take responsibility for providing methodological and technical subject matter expertise around advanced and large-scale data analysis. You will transform our clients’ data into tangible business value by analyzing and determining their pain points and aspirations, providing them with strategy blueprints and execution plans to solve their business problems and deliver high impact outcomes. You will have client credibility via deep industry, technology and consulting expertise. Through your experience to date you will have gained expertise that would make you the go-to person for particular topics in advanced analytics, machine learning, big data and artificial intelligence and will lead and grow our data science presence across the market.

You will be responsible for end-to-end customer management and consulting services practice to grow our pipeline and convert opportunities in Cognitive and Advanced Analytics.



We are looking for senior professional with extensive experience in consulting accustomed to working at C-level and who can be seen as a trusted adviser to your clients. You’re someone who is innovative and able to quickly inspire confidence from both clients and colleagues. Working in a global, large, and multi-cultural environment is a second nature for you.



As Associate Partner your role will be focused on driving sales of our customer experience management solutions, consulting services, engaging with and influencing clients, leveraging our global investments, capabilities, and industry solutions. Your scope is vast: you’ll generate and identify opportunities growing our current market position to create net new revenue for end to end customer experience management.







Required Professional and Technical Expertise :



• Experience in consulting firm developing business strategies for clients and leading strategy engagements

• experience developing proposals and responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs)

• Consultative selling

• Business development and leading sales efforts

• Working with client business functions at a senior level

• Experience and extensive knowledge in delivering analytics solutions or cognitive solutions

• Deep understanding of advanced analytics, big data, machine learning, AI and data science

• C2 Slovak and C1 English is must
