The mission of the IBM CIO is to create a productive environment for IBMers, continuously improving the workplace environment.



As part of the CIO Network Engineering & Information Security team you will focus on the compliance of CIO managed assets. The successful candidate for this role will be able to focus on details while reporting on large data sets.



Responsibilities will include:

- Connect to platforms used to manage 500K+ IBM endpoints and extract data used to populate dashboards and reports.

- Monitor security policies across Linux, Mac, and Windows environments to ensure that tools are working as expected.

- Develop and implement new initiatives to simplify, standardize and optimize compliance reporting to increase security.

- Process exemptions requests when approved by Cyber Security leadership.

- Provide analytical support to senior management and business unit heads to provide feedback on effectiveness of security controls.

- Provide compliance report data in response to audit requests from the business.

- Experience and skill conducting data analysis and reporting

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Self-starter focused on learning and continuous improvement

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Security, Computer --- Science, or a related discipline
