Responsibilities:
- Reporting, online analytical processing, analytics, data mining, process mining, complex event processing, business performance management, benchmarking, text mining, predictive analytics and prescriptive analytics;
- Collect, analyse and normalise data for important decision in company;
- Controlling of main KPIs in whole company;
- Support of delivery cross department OKRs and strategic projects;
- Development of analytics for board members and investors;
- Preparing materials for MaA and investors;
- Supporting CEO with delivery of strategic projects;
- Drive company results from both an operational and financial perspective working closely with the CFO, CEO and other key executive team members;
- Collaboration with the CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, operational strategy, and hiring needs;
- Ensuring effective HR strategy and operations - recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention;
- Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics;
- Leading strategic projects;
- Performing employee reviews and developing corrective action plans if needed.
