Práca

- Responsible for all accounting, tax, financial and controlling processes of the Plant
- Strong alignment to Plant Controlling and acting as a pro-active business partner to the Plant Manager and Plant management team.
- Ensure correct and timely accounting in local GAAP, IFRS, tax reports and ensure robust internal controls.
- Be responsible for timely and accurate reporting of weekly/monthly results based on profit center calculation.
- Manage the preparation of budgets, financial outlooks and financial forecasts including variance analysis, bridges and meaningful comments
- Develop the Plant profit center calculation including cost center calculation, provide variance analysis, risk & opportunities analysis on a regular period and drive a mind-set of cost and productivity consciousness in the Plant.
- Lead and motivate a small team and develop talents.
- Provide financial analysis to evaluate company special projects, programs, capital expenditures, products costing, etc. including ad hoc reporting requests.
- Assure financial plans are consistent with organizational goals and participate in key financial decisions and monthly business reviews.
- Participate in daily plant meetings with the Plant Manager to discuss production and costing issues.
- Review labor reporting and operational costs, material costs, manufacturing overhead and inventory levels.
- Month-end closing is focused on operational costs analysis (COGS, Overhead variances, Scrap, Reporting, Inventory, PPV, Obsolete Inventory Reporting), reporting to local management and Cluster Finance & Corporate including the management business review reports.
