Your Role and Responsibilities :

We are looking for a resourceful, motivated and creative application developer who will share and grow experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment and who has the desire to work with high performing teams!



You will work as a member of our application development squad, which will collaborate with multiple squads around the world. You will provide technical leadership in development of a new global Pricing application, which is critical to IBM’s business. The application utilizes a complex logic (incl. AI), collects inputs through several interfaces, and ultimately defines the best price for the customer while ensuring the optimal profit for IBM. The Application with several thousands of users and with several billion $s in revenue, is the place where you can utilize your experience and grow your career further.



Your responsibilities include software design and development, as well as executing the application development process to ensure operational excellence. Identifying and using DevOps tools for continuous integration, builds, and monitoring of solutions. You’ll collaborate with product owner, business analysts, iteration manager, application developers, (automation) testers, DevOps team…



What do you need for success

Minimum 5 years of experience in front-end application development (JavaScript, React, HTML, CSS…)

Minimum 3 years of experience in back-end SW development (Java 8/11, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, JVM languages…)

Minimum 3 years of experience in Web Services, Microservices, Rest API

Demonstrated experience with databases (DB2 / MySQL / Oracle / Mongo ...)

Demonstrated experience in Microservices model and development

Demonstrated experience in continuous integration and continuous delivery concepts and tools

Demonstrated experience in DevOps practices, process, and technologies

Demonstrated experience in Test Driven Development (TDD) and automated testing

Demonstrated experience in Agile approach

Strong collaboration skills: Working in teams, communication, documentation, organization

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong work ethic and strong eagerness to learn

Ability to be flexible as to schedules and work assignments, including possible on-call duty for deployments or support



Minimum salary starts at 2500 EUR per Month.
