• Be a contact person for employees
• Answering questions connected with HR tools and systems
• Administrative tasks
• Solving and processing of problems to responsible persons
• Communication with local HR team
• Cooperation with colleagues in Italy and HR department

Requirements

• Fluent Italian AND advanced English language is a must
• Experience in Customer Service and administration
• Technical oriented person is welcomed
• Experience in Shared Service Centre is an advantage
