Do you want to use the Ukrainian, Russian and English language on a daily basis? Would you like to gain a deep insight into the banking sector and absorb valuable expertise regarding banking processes, products and services on a global scale? If you already have your first working experience from a Shared Service Centre (SSC) or professional customer service experience, then you are the missing person that we are looking for!

You will definitely not get bored, as you will participate in these interesting activities:

- Managing a portfolio of corporations, financial institutions and other business, especially on the Russian and Ukrainian market
- Providing complex technical and functional support for corporate clients regarding the use of the banking channel - Communicating with corporate clients in English, Russian and Ukrainian language via phone and mail
- Providing administrative assistance on an ad-hoc basis (login and access issues; setting up an account; helping with selection of banking products/services, etc.)
