Responsible for providing leadership and execution within a global Business Controls role covering all the Kyndryl Treasury Centre (TC) processes. The objective is to develop trusted business advisors for Global Treasury.



Responsibilities

- Conduct Treasury Sarbanes Oxley testing as required.

- Ensure that the control posture/audit readiness of the TC is maintained.

- Constantly review the control posture to ensure that it is in line with market standards.

- Ensure that the TC complies with both internal and external guidelines / policies, practices, Corporate Instructions and IT Standards.

- Ensure that the TC operates within agreed limits and delegations.

- Participate in Management Self Assessment process.

- Manage monthly measurements/controls meetings of various processes within the TC.

- Compile and present the TC measurements to Executive Management.

- Ensure effective separation of duties is maintained.

- Ensure that system changes for new and existing business, re-engineering of process and efficiencies are executed in a controlled manner.

- Ensure processes are well documented, up to date and that effective business controls indicators are established to monitor the ongoing control status of each department.

- Drive standardization/globalization of processes.

- Participate in and/or schedule control reviews (internal and external Audits, peer reviews etc.) and provide support and advise to the process owner during reparation and review, Provide controls education to TC Staff.

- Participate in various peer reviews and projects for Global Treasury (onsite & remote).

- Participate in ad-hoc Controls / Risk Management / Sovereign Risk activities.



Skills

Environment:

- Strong understanding of Treasury Operations.

- Project Management skills.

- Strong Financial background.

- Controls background is desirable.



Communication / Negotiation:

- The position requires excellent communication skills.



Problem solving:

- Identify risks and effectively manage.

- Perform internal control assessment.



Contribution / Leadership:

- Expected to be expert in own area. Be able to offer advise on controls/compliance to Global Treasury and be able to identify improvements to current processes.



Requirements

• 4+ years managing external relationships with banks, financial institutions, regulators, rating agencies and auditors.

• 4+ years analyze financial information to identify financial exposures, to forecast liquidity and funding requirements.

• 4+ years evaluating and considering prevailing market conditions to determine appropriate courses of action within stated operating guidelines and procedures.

• 3+ Years developing, documenting, and executing appropriate operating processes, hedging, funding, or investment strategies to protect against the effect of changing foreign exchange rates, credit or interest rates on IBM's financial results.

Minimum salary starts at 1.900 EUR per Month.
