Support and moderate the organization with plants by performing Lean Check Workshops and Design for Manufacturing Workshops;
Further development of Lean Check standard on automotive level (HBS representative);
Develop and provide training of Lean Manufacturing & Lean Check;
Manage, develop, train and establish the standard and process flow in HBS;
Evaluate manufacturing concepts regarding Lean approach;
Review, evaluate and control the supplier and internal project teams during equipment design
