As part of the CIO Assured Identity & Cyber Security team you will focus on the compliance of CIO managed assets. We are looking for a person who wants to work in a team driving the risk and compliance for CIO (IBM). It's more about to comply with existing policy and standard rather than actively participating in definition of security requirements.



KCFR test coordinator will take direction from the IBM Global SOX Infrastructure (KCFR) Program Manager.

Work with all IBM contacts, including PWC, to ensure the IBM KCFR infrastructure program is properly administered. (SOX CEP)



What do you need for success



Core Responsibilities:

Take direction from the IBM SOX Infrastructure (KCFR) Program Manager.

Work with all IBM contacts to ensure the IBM KCFR infrastructure program is properly administered. This includes the following responsibilities:

• Work with Program Manager to ensure the controls identified and tests performed are appropriate and effective in identifying potential control exposures. Maintain program “workform” / test instructions.

• Work with all KCFR stakeholders and representatives to ensure the tests are performed effectively to identify control exposures.

• Report testing status to support ongoing quarterly testing input to management and stakeholder status reporting.

• Work with Program Owner to ensure all CBC quarterly and annual deadlines and requirements are met including minimum sample size, WWBCIT documentation, sample input etc.

• Be knowledgeable regarding KCFR testing in order to provide guidance to all key stakeholders.

• Ensure the KCFR testing program is executed with high quality and complete documentation is maintained to demonstrate the work performed by the testers.

• Ensure independence and integrity in reporting defect and remediation of defects.

• Assist Program Manager in:

o interfacing with the IBM Corporate Business Controls and executive stakeholders.

o regularly communicating with all stakeholders who influence or are sources of information for the KCFR infrastructure testing program

o communicate retrospectives to global infrastructure organizations to maintain a high level of compliance.

• Provide testing samples as requested by PwC as required.

Minimum salary starts at 2500 EUR per Month, depending on relevant experience and language proficiency.
