You will be providing broad-ranging support to users to troubleshoot and resolve issues across the organizations’ applications. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Resolving tickets regarding technical questions and issues which occurred in the tool
- Actively supporting the customer in all aspects from problem to resolution
- Testing and reproducing errors in the tool, analyzing defects in the tool
- Troubleshooting and solving existing problems/assessing new problems

Personality requirements and skills:

Suitable candidates should have:
- Active use of English
- Dynamic personality, speak up attitude
- Good communication skills and analytical thinking
- Service oriented, customer focused and always willing to help
- Working experience with Sales force or other CRM applications is an advantage but not a must
- At least 1 year working experience from service related industry / helpdesk is an advantage/
