Main responsibilities



• to manage demand and supply of resources for IBM

• to deliver forecasts, strategic resource management, bench engagement, client's compliance and focal point for all the involved parties

• to collaborate closely with delivery/competency leads, partners, cfo, managers, hr, procurement/external vendors, internal pmo and responsible psp across cee/mea/us to align on demands and compliance

• to organize/lead the staffing calls and prepare all the staffing plans

• to comply resource management reporting - spotting and reporting out trends, challenges and opportunities

• to manage the utilization metrics where the key reports are:

weekly/monthly/quarterly utilization actual report

weekly/monthly/quarterly heard count movement report

low utilization report

quarterly demand interlock reports

past dues report

bench reports

• to maintain adequately detailed r&cm databases/tools to run the r&cm function effectively with accurate & timely reports

• to create/close open seats to have visibility of the assignment of the resources

• to organize interviews either with the internal candidates or external ones

• to manage utilization and labor performance/collection and reporting of operational and financial information and provide advice on further improvement actions where is needed

• to drive the management of low utilization and partial claiming and act with necessary redeployment actions

• to drive and provide support to reduce the awaiting/missing hours on weekly/monthly/quarterly basis



The position is located in Bratislava and Kosice.
