A client facing Lead Recruiter with experience recruiting for the IT sector. Typical positions to recruit for are highly competitive IT roles.

Ability to create a sourcing strategy and act upon it.

Day-to-day tasks are leading Recruitment Strategy Meetings with the client, sourcing and screening candidates, preparing, and extending offer proposals, working with client stakeholders, and updating them on the recruitment progress.

Business fluency in English.

Required Professional and Technical Expertise :



Enthusiasm for recruitment, motivation in working with modern recruitment tools

At least 3 year experience in recruitment (agency or in-house). Experience with hiring IT professionals

Proven track record of building relationships with internal clients

English language is required

MS office advanced + other tools (Trello, Mural, Slack, …)
