As a team leader of 15 people in master data and bank accounting team you will be responsible for implementation of global stategies, setting team targets in order for these targets to be achieved.
You will set and monitor individual as well as team targets, hold individual and team meetings, manage changes and improvements in processes and act as a key person to other business stakeholders.
