We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Business Controller responsible for SK market - HORECA channel. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager SK/AT, you will play a crucial role in supporting the organization's financial planning and analysis activities. You will be responsible for providing valuable insights, financial recommendations, and driving financial performance across the company.

Responsibilities:

• Monthly closing activities: Supporting the month-end closing process, coordination with Accounting team and other departments
• Monthly Commercial Performance Tracking: Evaluation, monitoring, and reporting of overall business performance, identifying variations to KPIs or previous years. Based on monthly P&L analysis provide insights & recommendations to management and other departments.
• Business Planning: prepare regular monthly P&L forecast, as well as participate on yearly Budgeting and strategic planning processes - covering consolidation of inputs from other departments, calculation, as well as the technical upload into reporting systems.
• Provide product/customer profitability calculations and various ad hoc analysis. Simulate and consolidate different scenarios to support decision-making across whole P&L.
• Explore, define, and manage process improvement and harmonization initiatives.
