Our department is looking for candidate relationship & communication enthusiast who will support Talent Acquisition / HR team in Kosice. If you feel like that may be your calling we would like to meet you!



This position is suitable for students looking for long-term part-time job in Kosice.





What would be your role?



• You will maintain a daily contact with our job applicants, take care of the smooth process of attraction, selection and hiring of talents into IBM

• You will support candidates throughout all stages of hiring process and ensure positive candidate experience

• The part of this role are also pre-screenings via phone (a.k.a. short phone calls with candidates), scheduling job interviews, being in touch with candidates after their interview

• You will get access to our internal databases to source candidates and to process them in terms of business needs, your responsibility will be data administration and quality assurance

• Supporting the Recruitment Professionals in the recruitment process

• Daily contact with managers from business to help them staff their projects with the best suiting applicants

• Attendance on job fairs, hiring events at universities, supporting other internal & external hiring activities (e.g. help with organization of workshops for students at IBM, etc.)

• To help with other ad hoc HR tasks





Required Skills:

Interest in HR within IT field

Exhibited communication skills

Fluent English

Punctuality and responsibility



Nice to have:

Studying Business, Human Resources, IT, Organizational Psychology, or a similar discipline.

Experience within Recruitment and / or HR Administration

Communicative German
