• Material substitution Analysis for CO2 Footprint reduction
• Products & Process CO2 Footprint reduction on new and existing Projects
• Feasibility Analysis coordination
• Implement CO2 production tracking systematic on product & process base
• Support Business Units and other Departments in question of CO2 Footprint, Materials or Heat treatment related requests Frequent report of status and results
• Perform Frequent interactions with Purchasing team to identify opportunities on Supplier side to reduce CO2 production, Material costs and product weight
• Identify Specific options for single components, Heat treatment and Assemblies, to change Materials for benefit of CO2 production, Material costs and product weight
• Define, implement and establish a systematic process for CO2 consumption tracking and estimation to allow a material and process choice based on CO2 emission benefits
• Support the Research and Development, Cost estimation and Product Development departments regarding all the topics applicable for Material choice and CO2 Footprint
• Support internal training as a trainer of Sustainability agenda
