- Work closely with internal teams to resolve payment-related issues and support process improvements
- Respond to AR-related inquiries by phone and email, maintaining clear and professional communication
- Use advanced Microsoft Excel skills to analyze data, identify insights and support informed decision-making
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to streamline repetitive tasks and improve efficiency
