- Manage accounts receivable and collection activities, ensuring outstanding payments are settled in a timely manner.
- Review and monitor AR aging reports and collection targets.
- Act as a key point of contact between customers and internal teams to facilitate the processing and settlement of third-party invoices.
- Respond to customer invoicing inquiries, investigate overdue or disputed payments, and communicate directly with customers via email and phone to resolve issues, correct billing discrepancies, and ensure timely payment collection.
- Reconcile outstanding receivables with customers to support efficient and accurate payment collection.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to provide effective customer support, particularly in cases involving cash flow challenges or internal process issues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering trust and delivering a positive customer experience.
- Work closely with customers to identify process improvements, resolve escalations, and address discrepancies.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve issues within existing collection processes, driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
