This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in Accounts Receivable (AR) and/or Accounts Payable (AP), who is comfortable working with data, communicating with customers, and driving process improvements.
- Analyze and manage accounts in late-stage collections
- Contact customers and vendors via phone and email to recover outstanding payments
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies
- Reconcile accounts and support the achievement of monthly collection targets
- Escalate complex cases to senior stakeholders when necessary
- Maintain accurate documentation and update internal systems
- Prepare regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly) and root cause analyses
- Create communication plans and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives
- Collaborate across international teams (US/EMEA time zones)
