Job description, powers, and responsibilities:
Are you someone who can combine operations, technology, and security? We are looking for a responsible and independent person who will become a key partner in ensuring the physical and logistical security of our premises. As Security Coordinator, you will be the main point of contact for all physical and supplier security issues on the premises. You will work closely with the global security team, plant management, and security services team to ensure that all systems and processes are effectively set up, maintained, and developed.

Physical security of the premises:
Implementing and adhering to global standards and procedures in the area of physical security. Working with the global security team to create and update the site security plan. Managing and monitoring security systems (camera system, access system, lighting, fencing, etc.). Communicating with the building's technical manager in the event of malfunctions and maintenance of security equipment. Overseeing the proper functioning of the access system and security badges.

Security service:
Working with security service management to ensure the proper deployment of security guards, their training, and supervision. Ensuring compliance with internal rules when operating entrances and controls.

Incident response and crisis management:
Cooperation in the creation, updating, and testing of emergency and crisis plans. Support in the evaluation of security incidents and proposals for corrective measures.

Supply chain and logistics security:
Checking security measures in receiving, warehousing, production, shipping, and waste disposal. Monitoring access points, movement of goods, and preventing theft or unauthorized entry. Ensuring consistent and timely reporting and investigation of incidents.

Data collection and improvement:
Collaborating on the collection and evaluation of security program performance metrics. Identifying areas for improvement and proposing measures to enhance security.
