As part of the CIO Assured Identity & Cyber Security team you will focus on the compliance of CIO managed assets. We are looking for a person who wants to work in a team driving the risk and compliance for IBM. It's more about to comply with existing policy and standard rather than actively participating in definition of security requirements.



IT Security Lead helps to drive the maturity and management of all facets of the security posture for the IBM CIO. This requires demonstrating thought leadership, IT security controls leadership, and deep knowledge of various platforms in the environment such as cloud, z systems, Unix, and Windows platforms. For IT security, candidate should have depth/breadth in more than one of the core security processes: IT Risk and Compliance, Identity and Access Management, Secure configuration, inventory management, patch/vulnerability and threat management.



Core Responsibilities

- Understanding and providing guidance/consultation on IBM corporate policies (ITSS at forefront)

- Represent Infra domain for Compliance and Risk

- Consultancy and guidance on Industry standards (NIST, ISO, CIS..)

- Perform internal friendly audits

- Help to complete MSAC quarterly (management self assessment on controls)

- Program management, governance and accountability

- Perform risk assessment, consult on remediation

- Manage ambiguity, yet producing tangible results

- Experience participating in and/or leading audits/reviews

- Working knowledge of industry standard risk, governance and security standard methodologies

- Lead through audit and/or other control events



What do you need for success

- Technical/Platform skills/experience (ex – AIX, Windows, zOS, etc)

- Leadership

- Ability to communicate at a technical and management level

- Commercial IT experience

- Ability to make assessments and evaluate risks

- High level of competence using Microsoft Word, Power Point and EXCEL

- Experience in detailed tracking of activities and creating methods of identifying when the activities are not executed as planned

Salary starts at 3.500 EUR per Month, depending on relevant experience.
