---- What will you be doing? ----

Onboarding tasks:

- Maintaining a database of information to secure a smooth start of all new employees; following-up on special/ad-hoc cases individually

- Administration of new employees across HR systems, resolving any issues with responsible parties

- Processing and verification of future employees’ personal data

- Communicating with talent acquisition partners/recruiters, managers and onboarding vendors in order to secure that all new employees complete mandatory checks/training.

- Preparing regular reports for onboarding and management.



Foreigners agenda:

- Supporting foreigners employed at IBM

- Administration of the foreign employees‘ documents database

- Responsibility for employees‘ work permits validity tracking and timely renewals

- Support with materials‘ preparation required for the residence permit renewals

- Cooperating with managers and the external vendor with organising work permits, renewals of existing employees’ permits etc.

- Leading weekly foreigners team meetings

- Maintanance of the internal guides

- Providing support with reporting

---- What are we looking for? ----

- University student in 2nd to 4th year of study

- Able to work approximately 20 hours/week

- English and Slovak language on B2 level (especially in written communication)

- Proactive attitude

- Experience with MS Office (especially MS Excel)

- Attention to detail

- Sense of humor :)
