- Manage the daily operations at engineering, ensure that targets are met & KPIs are tracked according to the Treves standard D20- DEVELOP A PRODUCT/PROCESS

- Process of industrialization, from design to implementation to production, transfer responsibility for the manufacture and successful desolation

- Project management of process engineers, technicians and engineers, lean, coordinate their activities, evaluation

- Evaluation of the production process, design and implementation of improvements

- Support technical changes in production by customers in production.

- Perfect mastery of the production process issues

- Managing, analysis and continuous improvement of production processes.

- Maintaining equipment and utility lines and systems in a reliable and working condition, ensuring required levels of precision.

- Ensures proper equipment operation according to the industrial safety regulations.

- Organizing and ensuring of successful fulfillment of duties by employees under supervision.

- Manages subordinates, plans and assess effectiveness of trainings, controls performance of subordinates and their discipline.

- Coordinates adjustment and implementation of new technological processes, equipment and production tooling, automation, the optimum parameters for produced products.

- CAD, SAP, MS Office, Outlook, PFMEA

- Complete and thorough knowledge of the production processes, fleet

5S workplace ergonomics, Poka-Yoke, Kanban

- Support for the training of personnel in the manufacturing process

- Supports pre production trials up to SOP and handover.

- Is responsible for establishing all process parameters in TE.

- Process Flow Analysis & optimisation, including ergonomics, eliminating waste etc.

- Manages of SMED, SPRING, TPM, VSM and other Lean special tools and continious improvement implementation.

- Serial life line support of quality in issue solving process (8D …).

- Manages production line documentation.

- Decisions and actions made.

- Creation and responsibility for compliance with departmental budget

- Communication with technology suppliers, cooperation with foreign colleagues, cooperation in customer audits.
