Your key responsibility will be to:

• manage the B2C projects/programs and portfolio to meet the exceptional customer experience targets
• steer and coordinate the development of new products within the budget and timelines and in accordance with the company's strategic priorities and visions, including the related methodology, standards and tools for defining project/agile management
• own the customer journeys within the postpaid and FMC area with the goal to improve existing and develop new customer journeys that will make a significant impact on Customer Experience
• drive the transferring of new products and services requirements into the “user stories” that will be created by the technology team
• create the link between the internal systems and customer expectations for the benefit of all internal and external stakeholders
• co-own and prioritise the “backlog” based on the impact that new products and services can create on the market
• deal with sophisticated, complex tasks, find a solution for the problems through cooperation with a wide team and aligned with company strategy

• have proven experience with leading and coordinating the development of complex projects preferably in the Telco (or banking, consulting) sector

• are fluent in English and Slovak/Czech
• have a proactive approach and analytical thinking
• have good MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills
