We are looking for a motivated Junior Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our European Financial Operations team in Bratislava. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your career in finance while working in a dynamic, international environment. You will be responsible for managing accounts receivable activities, resolving payment-related queries, and supporting strong relationships with business partners.
- Investigate and resolve accounts receivable discrepancies, including payment issues, commercial agreements, and vendor returns, ensuring timely collection of outstanding balances.
- Perform account reconciliations by comparing vendor statements with internal financial records.
- Respond to accounts receivable inquiries via phone and email, delivering a high standard of customer service.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including Finance and business teams, to ensure accurate and timely payment processing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key business partners while supporting the resolution of complex financial issues.
- Analyze financial data and prepare reconciliations using Microsoft Excel, including functions such as Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
- Participate in regular meetings and calls with business partners to discuss outstanding balances and resolve payment-related matters.
